  • We will send you an order confirmation by email upon receiving your order.
  • Items are made to order and usually ship within 3 business days.
  • If your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, you will be notified of the estimated ship date by email.
  • At the time of shipment we will send you an email that will include the UPS tracking number.
  • Orders are shipped UPS ground. Please contact us for alternate shipping possibilities.
  • Please be sure to check your order thoroughly upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items can only be honored within 30 days of delivery.
  • Purchases shipped outside of the United States must be made through our International Distributor, IGlobalStores.com.


  • Return Policy
    You may return standard stock items sold through onlineEEI.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund not including shipping costs subject to the following:
  • Items must not have been used and must be returned with all original packaging.

  • Return will be refused if damaged, soiled, show signs of use or has missing parts. NOTE: Items with external damage (obvious shipping damage) must be referred to UPS for settlement.

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by the purchaser prior to sending items back. Return shipping instructions will be provided at that time. Customer must pay all return shipping charges and use an approved, insured, shipment method. Call 630-378-9119 to obtain an RMA.


  • OnlineEEI will pay for return shipping ONLY if the return is the result of a defective item or we shipped an incorrect item.
